How Olympia Deliveries Work
Vehicles serving an event pre-book access through Voyage Control, which opens 30 days before the event. Olympia allows one booking per vehicle per day and no back-to-back slots, so loading has to be finished inside the booked window. The vehicle type and registration must match the booking, or the vehicle can be refused. Access is from Blythe Road, off Hammersmith Road, and the maximum vehicle height is 4.4 metres.
