Delivery, De-Rig and Everything Between
Timed deliveries. Into exhibition halls, galleries, department stores, studios and outdoor sites, inside the window you’ve been given.

Multi-drop runs. One vehicle, several venues or suppliers, routed in the right order.
Same-day rescues. Something left at the workshop? A motorbike or small van leaves as soon as you call.
De-rig and returns. Book the collection with the delivery. We load out after the show and take everything back to your workshop, store or hire company.
Out of hours. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including bank holidays. Overnight load-ins are normal for us.

Event Logistics FAQs
Can you deliver inside a booked load-in slot?
Yes. Give us the slot, the venue’s delivery instructions and an on-site contact, and we plan the run around them. If a venue uses a booking system or needs vehicle registrations in advance, we send them over before the day.
Do you work nights and weekends?
We run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including bank holidays. Overnight load-ins and early-morning de-rigs are normal for us.
Can you collect everything again after the event?
Yes. Book the de-rig collection with the delivery and we come back at the end of the show, load out and return items to your workshop, store or supplier.
What size vehicles do you have?

How quickly can you get to a venue?
For urgent jobs we dispatch as soon as you book. Our base is in Leyton, East London, so central London and the big East London venues are close.
