Big halls run tight vehicle schedules. Send us your build and de-rig slots, the hall’s delivery instructions and your stand number, and we book the vehicle in, send registrations where the venue needs them, and arrive on time.
Build Day to De-Rig
Build: stand panels, flooring, furniture, graphics and AV delivered to the door of the hall.
Show days: top-up stock, forgotten items and replacement parts by motorbike or van.
De-rig: we collect at close and return everything to your store, workshop or hire company.
Venue guides: deliveries to ExCeL London and deliveries to Olympia London.

Yes. Send us the slot, stand number and the venue's delivery instructions and we plan the run to arrive on time.
Do you handle vehicle registrations for the venue?
Yes. Where a venue needs vehicle details in advance, we send them over before the day.
Can you collect after the show closes?
Yes. Book the de-rig collection with the delivery and we come back at close to load out.
Can you bring extra stock during the show?
Yes. Motorbikes and small vans are ideal for show-day top-ups and forgotten items.
